The 12 Praise of Christmas
I love this time of year so much. How blessed we are that Christ came to dwell among us.
I know for many that it is so overwhelming with all the gift giving and pressures during time with family. I pray that you will find peace this season.
We will celebrate the coming of
The Prince of Peace.
I know that some people get frustrated because the real focus of our King and Savior is completely lost among all the hustle and bustle. I pray that you will be able to enjoy the moments and the beauty that surrounds us.
Here are The 12 Praise of Christmas for those trying to focus on the real reason for Christmas with great verses and some of my favorite songs. I hope these verses and songs will sing to your heart throughout this Christmas Season.(Each contains a link that will take you to the song.)
Day 1 – “For nothing is impossible with God” Luke 1:37
Day 2 –“She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins." Matthew 1:21
Day 3 – And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Luke 2:10
Day 4 – The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14
Day 5 – On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. Matthew 2:11
Day 6 – Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. Luke 2:11
Day 7 – For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
Day 8 – "Where is the newborn king of the Jews? We saw his star as it rose, and we have come to worship him." Matthew 2:2
Day 9 – "But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times." Micah 5:2
Day 10 – All right then, the Lord himself will give you the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel (which means 'God is with us'). Isaiah 7:14
Day 11 – And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn. Luke 2:7

Day 12 – For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ. Hebrews 3:14
There are a lot of people looking for a little bit of hope this Christmas Season so please share this. Give them the hope of the gospel and they may just be moved by the spirit.
